What's missing in our lives?

What determines whether you follow through on making positive changes in your life? maybe it's making a decision ?

But can't we make a decision and still not follow through?

We are motivated by the anxiety to move away from pain and the pleasure of moving towards happiness, we need to attach pain to our disempowering beliefs that if we don't change It's really gonna hurt! 

We as a people are 10 to 20 percent heavier in body weight than 10 years ago we as a species are feeding and drugging ourselves to an excess because  we work ourselves to the point of exhaustion and we are working so hard just to catch up and enjoy our abundance
We even at our poorest live better than the kings of ancient times we can communicate and travel faster , more comfortably than that the kings of old could only dreamed of
We work so hard making certain everybody else is happy that we don't take time for ourselves
There is more opportunity to achieve more than ever before, yet most people feel disenchanted and unfulfilled
What my goal is to help you find out what it is for you to be truly contented and whatever it is I speculate that Its deep inside  you

more than anything we need to take time out for ourselves to find this
Time for you
just taking 15 minutes everyday to get in touch with yourself, via mediation or contemplation, hey i know you are busy, make time.

sleep 15 minutes less each day, we as a nation sleep too much anyways in general, we are sleeping our lives away

take out time, time for you

don't multi task, don't focus on work, don't , don't just relax, close your eyes and focus on you

you deserve it

We live in a time where we destroy our heroes
We try to consume them and find wrongs with them
We find it so hard to believe in anyone that we decide to believe in nothing at all

So many books and articles are written about our heroes, tearing them down, I cringe at the thought of seeing another, I won't bother to mention any but you surely recall about the late great Martin Luther King, Jr. and even Barbara Walters had their detractors and negative books written about them, please don't purchase, read or otherwise endorse books, articles like those because in that-
certainly we lose our power of positive thinking

People taking glee in other persons misery
If  you get pleasure in doing that expect to find plenty of pain in your own lives as well
seek and ye shall find?

and come'on people let's use the f word!

Faith! there will be times when things look grim, things aren't going to work out and people aren't going to reciprocate your love and in those times your faith is your only saving grace its your ultimate strength and virtue

We need to have faith in ourselves and others, even when its inconvenient, even when they don't deserve it, stop judging and begin to be more and more curious and acceptance of others

its your power, your ultimate power
